Terms governing use of the Oria BioStack service.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Oria BioStack bioactive compound research service, including the intake assessment, results preview, and any purchased protocol tiers available at app.oriabiostack.com.

By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

All content, protocols, compound information, reference data, and recommendations generated by the Oria BioStack service are produced strictly for research and educational purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The research reference outputs are computer-generated research previews derived from self-reported biometric data. They are not reviewed by a physician and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation. You must review all compounds and reference data with a qualified physician before starting any protocol.

Oria BioStack accepts no liability for any action taken in reliance on the content provided through this service.

Protocol tier unlocks (Full Stack at $29, Full Protocol at $49) are one-time purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy. Payments are subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and privacy policy.

All sales are final. Because protocol content is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a tier has been unlocked. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, contact us at hello@oriabiostack.com within 14 days of purchase.

Prices are displayed in USD. Oria BioStack reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Your protocol is accessed via a Secure Results ID generated at the time of your assessment. This ID, combined with your date of birth, grants access to your saved session and unlocked content at /myresults.

You are responsible for keeping your Results ID private. Oria BioStack is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from disclosure of your Results ID to third parties.

Sessions are retained for 24 months of inactivity, after which they may be deleted or de-identified. Purchased tier access is linked to your session data — we recommend saving your Results ID permanently.

You agree not to use the service to submit false or misleading health information, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the protocol generation system, resell or redistribute protocol content, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Oria BioStack reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these terms.

All content on the Oria BioStack platform — including research reference outputs, editorial content, design, and software — is the property of Oria BioStack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchased protocol is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of the research reference output without prior written consent.

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Oria BioStack does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the research reference outputs are complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific health situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oria BioStack's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant tier, or $50 USD if no purchase was made.

Oria BioStack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Austria, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Oria BioStack may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
